    Böse Buben bringen Beistand Erstausstrahlung: Weil Mr. Garrison Angst haben muß, wegen Inkompetenz entlassen zu werden, müssen seine Schüler Gruppenreferate vor dem Stadtrat vortragen. Die Jungs müssen sich dazu mit Tweek abplagen, Sohn des hiesigen Kaffeehausbesitzers und ein hochgradig nervöses Kerlchen, der u.a. Stein und Bein schwört, sog. “Unterhosenwichtel” würden ihn jede Nacht um halb vier heimsuchen und die Unterhosen aus der Kommode stehlen. Um diesen Auftritt ja nicht zu verpassen, wenn sie bei Tweek übernachten, schlucken die Jungs li-terweise Kaffee, doch im richtigen Augenblick sind sie leider abgelenkt und die Wichtel schließen ihren erneuten Beutezug erfolgreich und unbemerkt ab. Tweeks Vater, Mr. Tweek, verfolgt nämlich seine eigenen Ziele mit dem Vortrag der Jungs: er sieht darin die Gelegenheit, sich gegen Mr. Postum zu wehren, der ihn mit seinem “Harbucks”-Konzern in den Ruin zu treiben droht. Dazu schenkt er den verzweifelten Kinder ein Referat über die Geschäftspraktiken großer Konzerne, das am nächsten Tag natürlich wie eine Bombe im Stadtrat einschlägt. Mehr noch, als direkte Folge darf nicht nur Mr. Garrison seinen Posten behalten, sondern der Stadtrat drängt die Bürgermeisterin dazu eine Ge-setzesvorlage einzureichen - GV10 - um den Harbucks-Konzern aus der Stadt zu jagen. Und während die Kinder nun erneut über einer Rede brüten, lernen sie endlich die Unterhosenwichtel kennen, die sie auch sogleich in die drei Stufen der Marktwirtschaft einweihen: Material sammeln - geheimnisvolle Dinge damit tun - Profit machen. Mit diesem Wissen im Rücken, stellen die Jungs bei der nutzlos gewordenen Abstimmung über GV10 am nächsten Morgen - Harbucks will sich bereits freiwillig aus der Stadt zurückziehen - die Tatsachen wieder richtig: Großkonzerne sind wichtig, sie sind gut für die Wirtschaft, der Kaffee schmeckt auch besser... und Mr. Garrison kann sich seine Papiere holen.
