Alle sind bestens ausgerüstet und erfahren, dass Bier niemals in eine Patronenkammer geschüttet werden darf. Jimbo und Ned freuen sich riesig, den Strolchen das Erschießen von Tieren beizubringen. Aber natürlich gibt es unter all den Helden auch einen Schwächling, der es nicht einmal schafft, einen kleinen Hoppelhasen abzuknallen. Das ist natürlich wirklich obermädchenhaft. Plötzlich taucht eine mysteriöse Kreatur auf, die an den Sänger Meatloaf erinnert. Als wäre dies noch nicht schrecklich genug, überlegt sich der Vulkan Mount Evanston, einfach mal auszubrechen. Denn das wäre für die am Berg zeltenden Kinder schon ziemlich grausam. Doch die ahnen nichts von der drohenden Gefahr, ergehen sich stattdessen in grässlichen Gewaltfantasien und angeln hier und da einen stattlichen Fisch. Und siehe da, der Vulkan bricht tatsächlich aus. Kenny, den Ned kurz zuvor erst erschossen hat, wird von herumfliegenden Trümmern zerquetscht und verbrennt. Was für ein Glück, dass unversehens ein kurioses Wesen namens Scuzzlebutt auftaucht und alle rettet
